I received my Dental training from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, graduating with Honors in 1997. Since then I have been in private practice at my office in Tempe, AZ. For my undergraduate schooling I attended the University of Lethbridge, Brigham Young University and Oregon State University before going on to dental school. My wife and I have 3 daughters.

I provide a full range of dental care (including cosmetic) for patients of all ages. I am a member of the American Dental Association, The Arizona State Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry and am trained and certified in the use of Dental Lasers. I regularly attend dental continuing education programs to stay on top of the ever-changing techniques and materials in modern dentistry.

I place great emphasis on quality, honesty and integrity as the foundation for my dental practice. I feel it is important that my Team and I constantly strive to make our patients more comfortable and relaxed throughout their dental experience.

When you call or come in to our office Debbie is likely the first person you will meet at the front desk. She handles everything from reception and scheduling to insurance and financial arrangements. Debbie began working in the dental field in the early 1970’s after completing her training at Maricopa Technical Community College. Since then she has worked as a Dental Assistant and as Office Manager in both General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry. She has been at this office since 1980 and working with Dr. Fletcher since 1997. Debbie and her husband have been married since 1970 and have two daughters and three grand children. Spoiling her grand children is one of her favorite activities. She also loves outdoor sports, reading, and movies.

Working as a Dental Hygienist has always been a dream of Kristen’s and she loves her work. She has worked in the Dental field since 1985, first as a Dental Assistant. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist with Honors from Phoenix College and has a license in Dental Anesthesia. Kristen is always very dedicated to continued education in her profession. She has worked with Dr. Fletcher’s office since 1997. Originally from Colorado (still a devoted Denver Broncos fan), Kristen and her husband have two children. She is very involved in her church and her children’s schools. Reading is one of her favorite things to do. Kristen loves her work and feels the one on one time with our patients is the most rewarding part of her job.

Cindy began working in the dental field in 1976 after graduating from Maricopa Technical Community College. She has worked in this office since 1986 and has been with Dr. Fletcher since 1997. She is a Past President of the Arizona State Dental Assistants Association. Cindy and her husband have been married since 1980 and have one daughter and a granddaughter. Cindy enjoys camping and fishing and is an avid bowler participating in several leagues as well as local and national tournaments.

Nancy has worked as a dental assistant since 1995 and has worked in both General and Periodontal offices over the years. She has worked with Dr. Fletcher since 1999. Nancy has creative talent that helps us in the decorating and the general appearance of our office. Nancy loves anything to do with creativity, travel and physical fitness. She and her husband have been married since 1997 and have a beautiful little girl, two dogs and a cat.
